Conditions for Vouchers issued by MATCHi
All vouchers issued by MATCHi have an expiry date 12 months after the purchase date. When the
expiry date has passed, the voucher can no longer be used and any outstanding balance is
forfeited. A voucher can be used when making purchases within MATCHi, offering a wide range
of choices in the country where the currency of the voucher is applicable (for example a voucher
issued in SEK may only be used for purchases in Sweden). The voucher cannot be used to
purchase another voucher. As your voucher is redeemable for purchases at different companies or
associations, there is no VAT added to the voucher which is classified as a multifunctional
voucher for tax purposes. Currently there are two types of vouchers sold by MATCHi and you can
read more about them below:
Wellness Card (Sw. Friskvårdskort) - This voucher is personal and shall be used for
paying for sport activities and court bookings only. Please note that your employer might
require that you submit receipt of purchases made with this card to process your wellness
allowance.
Gift Card – This can be used by you or given by you to someone else for their personal
use. It can be used to pay for anything available on our platform, within the general
restrictions outlined above.
If you purchase a voucher issued by a venue using MATCHi, please note that the club determines
their own terms and that the above only applies to MATCHi’s own vouchers.
We reserve the right to make changes to these voucher terms at any time and all terms and
conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. Any dispute in relation to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with our
Term of Use.
